Each Maeuca product is created with care — but if something isn’t quite right, we invite you to reach out.
If You Change Your Mind
We understand — sometimes curiosity shifts course. Due to the nature of our scalp care range, we’re unable to accept returns for opened products. If your item remains unused, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage is kindly covered by you.
If the product is faulty
Should your order arrive damaged, incorrect, or unexpectedly flawed, we’ll set things right. Notify us within 7 days and we’ll organise a refund, replacement, or exchange — no fuss, no charge.
To Begin
Email info@maeuca.com.au with your order number, a details of the return, and a photo. We’ll respond promptly and guide you from there.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and assess the returned product, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
