Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
During peak periods or new product releases, please allow an extra day or two for dispatch. We’re a small operation and truly appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Times
We currently ship within Australia via Australia Post.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you don’t see it, check your junk or promotions folder — or feel free to contact us.
Sustainable Packaging
Your order will arrive thoughtfully packaged using minimal and recyclable materials. Our goal is to tread lightly — always.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at info@maeuca.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Outside Australia
